At least there won't be any Liverpool and Everton fans with half and half scarves there

I just can’t get into this football with no supporters. Like training matches. Lost count of how many games I’ve started to watch and lost interest.

Watching the football without a crowd has been fine for me, I do like the crowd noise effect though. I suppose the people who don’t like it will be some of the same folk that get really bothered by the chants and songs of the opposition fans at Easter Road. I never really get bothered by that either and to be honest very rarely could I tell you what they sung as I never actually listen, I just watch the game on the pitch.
I wish there was a crowd for the Derby tonight, purely because I like to see the pained Evertonian faces.

Aye I don't mind the piped in crowd noise, definitely adds something. Games have all been fairly competitive.

Is there a way to turn off the crowd noise? Nothing obvious on the red button.

The often repeated mantra that the premiership can survive without fans is not being proved here. Maybe financially they dont need fans but the product is piss poor without the big crowds

I wonder if this will give fans groups more power. Fans have been shat on by the TV companies for too long. A well organised boycott could destroy the product Sky pay so much for.
