Quite a poignant moment at the start of Man City v Arsenal with a moment taken to reflect on those who are no longer with us as a consequence of covid: players and referee standing in complete silence, broken only by the torrential rain.

It made me think of just how many Hibs fans never knew that the last Derby would be their last match at Easter Road: even without covid, the natural passage of time from early March until whenever we next gather for a home game would undoubtedly have had an impact.
