He played with both of them so he will know better than me but captaining France and winning the European cup surely outshines anything Barry Ferguson done?
I thought Ferguson was a cracking player as well to be fair!

The Celtic 2006-2007 team he was in done the double but wasn't exactly a vintage Celtic side. Nakamura was probably their best player
