It's now been over 4 hours since that decision was made and still nothing from the club about what our lawyers are advising.
That Dempster wummin is just not in the same league as Queen Anne, at least she has a statement out, although I believe she hasn't mentioned the massive injustice Hibernian has suffered?

I’ve taken legal advice from the well renowned Leslie Deans Gorgie School of Law and he says there are 3 reasons we should be fighting this in court. He couldn’t tell me properly what the 3 reasons were but if he says there’s 3 reasons then let's fight this.

After our expulsion from the top 6 we need to be making sure there is top 6 reconstruction to 7 or 8 teams. There are games to play here that can't be played and the anti Hibs SPFL don't have the authority to end the season early other than the provision in the Rules we agreed on that say they do. This isn't even about Hibs top 6 expulsion and being in a worse off position due to the pandemic. This is about Celtic. All to suit one club whilst the 19% majority that voted no don't get their way.
Bottom line is this...
We at Hibs are not into self interest. We want what is best for Scottish football as a whole and for all member clubs. If we don't get our way we hope all other clubs go to the wall and burn, **** them all
