When they called me the lad was working from home and called from a mobile number.

I emailed last Friday and they got back to me today. Very helpful (Lynn) and tried to accommodate a very big ask to get 4 together in West Upper. Gave me a couple of alternatives and the only 4 together were slight restricted view with a handrail..
Decided to stay put.

Found this very high resolution image of the East Stand, which is great for plotting any seat move:
https://images.app.goo.gl/XYVNnRxDbqdDi9fB8
We know that seat 1 is to the far left as we face the East Stand, and seat 232 is at the far right (ie Dunbar end).
Row A is obviously obscured by the hoardings. Can anyone tell me - in terms of Row D and its interaction with the disabled section - if it is the case that there simply isn’t a seat D1 - D60-odd, and the Row D numbering after the disabled section thereafter remains sequential with Rows A-C? To put that in some context, by way of example is seat D100 immediately behind seat C100? Thanks!

How it is numbered, I’ve no idea unfortunately. Would think it would follow the numbers of the rows in front though, as when you come out of the concourse the signs that point you in the direction of your seat are always the same.

Before I moved away my ST seat was row AA in the West Upper, best view in the ground IMO.

There's definitely an AA in the West Upper.
Maybe they were thinking of the West Lower, as that starts with row B (row A was removed when the East stand was built and the pitch moved slightly to the west).

Just had call from Samantha in ticket office, can't praise her enough. Managed to get 2 seats changed to from West Lower to West Upper in row AA.
She said they were inaudated with requests and had received nearly 100 emails today alone.

Due to the present uncertainty, I wasn't going to renew this Season but when push comes to shove then I will do my duty.
By now, I've probably lost my regular seat in the west upper but the online season ticket purchase facility seem to be unavailable at the moment.
Or am I being daft?

I first emailed last week, but have now been simply told I have to wait until Friday to see what I can get. Did anyone else get this? Understand they are really busy but disappointed if other people have been given options of seats etc as we didn't get any of that service at all. 😔

I was wondering where it had gone as well.

Emailed the ticket office on friday last week, got a call Tuesday, moved 2 ST's and bought 2 new ones next to them paying by card over the phone.
Aidan made it really easy, getting us where we wanted to be in sec 43 of the east. Great service at what is obviously a really busy time.

Fantastic service from the ticket office staff. I e mailed them an hour and half ago saying that I had changed my mind and now intended to renew. Half an hour ago a member of staff phoned me back saying that my seat had already been allocated but offered me a replacement in the row in front of where I was but nearer the centre circle.
That will do me fine so I paid for it there and then. Almost 10500 now sold according to the guy who phoned me.
