Buy online if you must. No need to risk everyone’s life for a new Hibs top...

I haven't checked, but can you still order? Just that the order won't be fulfilled until we're open again?

Let’s not or it will be worthy of a post on the worst decisions thread.

No - it should stay shut to protect the people that work in it - it is not an essential service.

People still do not understand the severity of the situation.

I think people do realise the severity, they just want to help the club out, and one of the ways would be to open the online shop.

Someone has to travel to work
Pick and pack the item. Then it’s handled by 3 or 4 people before a delivery
driver turns up at your door with the package
Delivery drivers are not immune to the virus and only essential goods should be on the move at this critical moment in the spread of the virus.

Well essential goods is open to interpretation. I don't know if a delivery company can sustain itself on just bog roll and pharmaceuticals for a start.

I know there has been a sharp rise in gardening stuff and home exercise equipment. Dog toys. These things I wouldn't class as essential but then if they make staying home more palatable for people then they play their part.

It is a stretch to imagine hibs gear in the same terms right enough...

Apparently Ann Summers is doing a roaring trade as well.

Everybody has a different idea on what is 'essential'
