We review 6-2, who was Man Of The Match?
Hibs played a fluid formation that night, has the game changed or was it due to players we had?

The whole team were brilliant that night.
Lapaty had a hand in a few goals and scored a peach.
Big Mixu brilliant hat trick but think John O'Neil was immense that night and got a deserved goal. What a team that was.
Hibs charged the away fans an extortionate amount for tickets which caused a boycott
Famous five lower was packet out.

I wasn't actually there that night as we had a night out arranged for my sister in law. I watched it in Sportsters in Stirling in a wee private booth with a TV in it. When the tarts went 0-1 up there was a few mumbled expletives. When we equalised a fairly sedate "yes" and a fist pump! 2nd goal, a wee bit louder, 3rd goal was a big roar, 4th louder still, getting even more animated when the 5th went in. When Russell scored the sixth I was running around the pub with my top over my head screaming! A great night that was, great team and would love to have them just now

Don't forget the zitelli corners that played a big part in some of the goals including the disallowed one.

O’Neil was immense that night. Mixu may have got a treble but John was sparkling the entire game. My MOTM.

Latapy
6-2 flattered them and it's the only time I've seen or will see I'm sure, a Hibs crowd cheer a hearts goal.
Loved John O'Neil , shame we couldn't afford to play him before he left, we were 1-0 down too!

Mixu has to be the man of the match for his goals and leadership. A great night, I really though we were going to run up a cricket score. Watched it from a rare visit to the executive seats in the centre stand.
