    Lots of controversy about it but government has banned any gatherings of 500 people or more .
    Rugby league - (NRL) Aussie Rules ( AFL ) and real fitba all going ahead .
    Problem in football and NRL with NZ teams involved and associated overseas travel ban issues .
    Fills a void tbh but all codes say they will stop if any player becomes infected with COVID-19 so
    Imagine that won’t take long due to rate of infection in general population

    Clubs can keep going as most of their revenue is obtained by the tv contract with Fox Sports.

    Bit different to Scotland where season tickets are the main source.
