Kamberi is cup tied. So unfortunately rangers wouldn't let us play doc.

Also doc far more important to us than flo is to them.

Rangers fan at my work tells me kamberi has been excellent.

Really hoping he keeps up the good form and we can work out a swap deal. Then they can be stuck with second season kamberi and we have ourselves a gem.

Don't think it is a rule, think it's clause that's put into the loan deal. IIRC hibs didn't put this into the deal when we loaned Callum Booth to Raith and he played against us in the cup.

It is a rule in domestic football. Introduced since the Booth occasion. And the rule doesn't exist in European football hence Courtois playing against Chelsea and Bangura playing against Celtic.

Their defeat tonight without Kamberi should get the Sevco support to up their estimation of him which won't hurt us come the summer, especially if he can get a few goals for them between now and the end of the season. Those goals won't matter now they're out of the Cup and are certain to finish second, so there's no downside.
