I'm assuming that the tie highlighted is not great if we want to get above the teams immediately above us, unless The Rangers get through to the next round.

Likely concentrating more on the league, and top 4 for the ECL. Won't take Rangers lightly, but their most important trophy, unless they lose their next 2 league games. Rangers on the other hand have effectively lost the league, so want to go as far in the EL and SFA cup as they can. I can see them resting players in league matches Originally Posted by CB_NO3

Anyone else think Gerrard is happy to prioritise the Europa league for his own profile in England?
The media down there would see 2nd in league & a cup final for rangers as "meh" but when he beats Porto, braga & feyenoord they see that as achievements they can understand & quantify as Stevie G proving himself.
I think Gerrard would jump at a move to a team down south this summer

I don't consider The Rangers or Celtc to be Scottish, but only because their Fans don't seem to either.
