If we could achieve what he is aiming for Crowds would increase But we are already at record Season Ticket Sales so the increase may only be another couple of Thousand
If we are in Europe Regularly that would help attract more Sponsorship But to do that we need more money to attract better players

Will start ticket bundles and be more creative to give more options. Special themed days. Need to do some target marketing with the new team in place to drive it.

We sent team members to other clubs like Spurs to look at what best practice is for hospitality. What can we do? We want to improve the look and feel, West suite will be upgraded. Gallery and BTG upgraded.

Looking at possibility of putting bars in the South and East. Want to make sure we are maximising all the space available at the stadium. looking to be a better player in non game day income.

it’ll be like the digital advertising hoardings that are used for televised games but will be put up along the front of the top tiers of the stands.

I’d imagine it allows more money to be generated by selling the space to multiple businesses at once and rotating their adverts on it throughout games etc.
