The Trades House is very good.
It's a Bellhaven pub and handy for the station.
Good selection of beers, excellent food and service.
Not so handy for the ground, but I don't like the pubs up there.

Normally has bouncers on the door, no football colours or anyone suspected of being Hibs supporters. But as you say it's a great pub.

Weren’t allowed in last time we played at Dens even after I said I’d take my scarf off and put it in my bag. First pub you come to out of the station so their loss if they go down that route again.

There's 2 (perhaps 3) on the other side of the street and one on the same side first iirc.
