Is it fair to say that any criticism of the Rothschilds is anti Semitic, and does anyone believe he didn't know they were Jewish?

Why is it anti semetic though?
The Rothschilds do generally own a very high proportion of world bank's don't they? So what he has said is in no way showing any sign of hatred or poking fun at Jewish people as a whole. Or am I misinformed as to what the Rothschild own or what an anti Semite is?
