If LG was loaned to us and started scoring and during that period Celtic had a game or 2 that they failed to score Lennon would lose the Celtic support and likely be punted.

I think the risks are to high for him. If they let a striker go and they fail Lennon is finished.

I understand perfectly well. His full wages have to be payed or he needs to waive them. Why would Celtic loan him to a division rival for 10% of his wages?

There are advantages for Celtic to get a player gametime and establish match fitness. He could then play against all other teams but Celtic.

I doubt Celtc will let a historic grudge get in the way of business.

Also, if they stop to think for a moment, Hibs were absolutely vindicated in rejecting Celtc's initial offer for SJM. They screwed up the deal, not us.
