The biggest problem they could have is the 3 other teams at the bottom are not mugs and look like they can win the odd game. Hertz look utter cr@p and the demands of their home crowd could work against them.

I’m not sure they have the funds to turn it round, the retention of Levein and the honey monster suggests that the cupboard is bare.......

As I mentioned on another thread, Stendel looks like he’d rather be anywhere but there. Completely lost. How on earth did he end up there? Press ganged?

How many Hearts managers have lost their first 5 games ? ( with Aberdeen to come it’s a distinct possibility)

Don't know why this guy gets so much credit. He reminds me of Butcher and by the time they realise it, it will be too late for them.

They could sign 5 or 6 in January but it's not guaranteed that they will click.
They are in peril, Dr Budge says she will worry if they're bottom in February (wtf)
Manager seems clueless, crowd will be on their backs big time now.
It's bloody marvellous.

It’s touch and go now. They have to spend (can they?) and more importantly spend well to stand a chance. Is Stendal the guy to do that?

It always slightly annoys me when I have hear of mysterious benefactors pumping millions into Hearts.
#no learnt fe** all
#addicted to handouts
I am rather glad that as it currently stands, they may need all that loot just to avoid relegation

Worst Hearts team I’ve ever seen.

I know there’s a break coming up but they don’t have the best run of fixtures coming up either.
Aberdeen at home
Ross county away in an evening midweek game which is a horrible fixture.
Rangers at home
St Johnstone away
Killie at home midweek
Celtic away

At Johnstone and Ross county away the other 2.
Sorry, I know I just said that in my earlier post but I thought it was funny so worth mentioning again.

I didn’t think they were all that bad, but the bottom line is their goalkeeper didn’t make big saves when required, their defence wasn’t good enough to stop big chances being created, their midfield had a lot of the ball without creating much and they missed the chances they did create. That makes for an awful combination, one we’ve seen from us far too often.
There are some ok players there but they need to be fitter more than they’ve got a track record of being and that squad badly needs added to.

If they somehow manage to escape straight relegation I'd love it if it was Mcpake to send them down at Tynie with Dundee.
