Hibs reserves take on St Mirren on Tuesday (3rd)
If my facts are right, there is no age limit on players in the cup, which means JR can give some of his 1st team players, who haven’t had much game time a run out
Wonder if Daz is ready for this, Jack said he just needed at game
It’s a 1pm ko at HTC

Vela nowhere to be seen. Has he just been completely bombed from the squad or is he injured? Last seen walking down the tunnel at half time at Hampden, a month ago.

Re Middleton I am not convinced he was ever really interested in being at ER. There is definitely a player in there, his performances last year for the huns proves this.
He should only need to look at Brandon Barker who came to ER, showed his worth in the times he was fit and earned a move to Preston. Silly lad.

Has been ready to play but hasn't really been given a run of games in his correct position and importantly didn't make May's post Hecky squad so hasn't been considered during the winning run.
Re Brandon Barker, won't be strong enough to make an impression at Rangers and didn't do well at Preston other than a wonder goal in a cup game.

1-0 Hibs just in half time
Short corner, Hammer plays a lovely ball in, and McGregor scores at the near post

Have to say I feel sorry for Middleton
He came to our great club at the wrong time never really got a chance to play or express himself and show us what he can really do
Plays regular and scores for Scotland U21s
Now that Boyler is back he can return to The Rangers in January with my best wishes

3-0 Hibs, good run by Middleton, gets brought down in the box, casually slots home the penalty

6-0 Hibs, cracking strike from Fraser Murray
Will be well worth watching the goals again on Hibs TV
