He made some great saves away in Greece, one in particular 2nd half was Banks-esque.
Top class save - got us through to the next round.

    Adam Bogdan

Alan Combe wanted to get Bogdan back from the start of this season - Bogdan was up for it ..but the board wouldn’t support the signing at the time ...didnt want to pay for two number ones - so Maxwell arrived instead ...

Ps. That has to be put in the context of the money the board supported through other signings - not meaning it as a criticism- simply supporting Combe’s attempts ...

Bogdan is superior, no doubt about it.

Bogdan is the better keeper of the 3 for me
I agree, Bogdan when fit had the gloves, rocky came in when Bogdan was injured.

Maxwell took over because rocky had made a few clangers, and initially did very well. After being between the sticks for a while, we can see Maxwell is a decent keeper, probably comes for more crosses than rocky, but does not make as many spectacular saves as him.

Bogdan for me is better than both, he commands his box as good as Maxwell, and better than Rocky, and makes the saves rocky does with less clangers.

Bogdan all day long for me, i hope we can get him signed for a few years.

Marciano is the best for me.

I like Bogdan though and would be delighted to see him back. Also a top keeper.

Maxwell is decent, a steady eddie (discounting his clanger in the semi).

One area we are well covered.

I wasn't sure about Bogdan at first but his performances really won me over and I doubt we would have got a point last season against Rangers in the 0-0 at Easter Road if he hadn't have came on as a sub.

Agree with this but credit where credit due when Bogdan got injured Rocky came in and was undroppable he was totally outstanding for the last part of last season and more than played his part in clawing us up the league into the top six and became a very important player for us

Unfortunately a loss of form and a series of unforced errors have cost Rocky his place this season

Hopefully Bogdans arrival and increased competition for the gloves can once again revitalise Rocky

Out of the three I'd put Bogdan a good bit ahead with Rocky and Maxwell not much between them but very different. Bogdan is everything I want in a Keeper. Good distribution, good decision making on crosses to help his centre halves, communicates and an excellent shot stopper who doesn't make the most of every save. Would be an excellent signing particularly if we could get a few quid for Rocky

We'll wait till we know for certain that Marciano is going to leave, if he does Bogdan is already on our books and a simple process of extending his contract.

Did I hear Bogdan saying he was hoping to play for the development team tomorrow in his interview which would be today?

He miles better than Maxwell and if Marciano isn't being considered then stick him straight in. He knows the majority of the players anyway.
