I really like the lad Grimshaw at Well. I know he usually plays full back but I think he could do the CM role. Out of contract in the summer.

Doesn't seem particularly prolific, but then again he could be playing primarily as a winger, as Kamberi was before he joined us.

Doing some quick research on him, unfortunately I couldn’t find a highlights reel....disappointing.

From the same team we got Jamie Maclaren from, only signed in the summer though which means probably a loan.

Seems more of a winger than a forward.

For those interested, based on Fifa he is

68 overall - Better than Doidge, Shaw, Middleton and Boyle. Worse than Horgan, Flo and Allan
84 pace - Faster than everyone bar Boyle, Horgan and Middleton.

He also has a great name - sign him

If he’s playing first team football for Lille I can’t see us being able to sign someone like that, never mind take them on trial.

If it is the boy Alidor he’s now playing for an Estonian team called Nõmme Kalju. Appears he is French and previously played for Lille at some stage in his career.

Like you said if it’s a trialist you imagine their stock is low or contract is ending soon.

His stats show him as 188cm tall.... 6ft 2.

If this is true then I would suggest it’s not him. From the photo he looks shorter than Oli and about same height as Lewis!

Looks very like this guy imo, sounds like a good player from what Celtic fans who saw him say, albeit based only on one game.

Not necessarily stock low if he's on trial, sometimes it's good to bring guys in and see how the fit within the squad, personality wise etc. If he has enough talent, is out of contract very soon and wages aren't a problem, let's have a look at him.
