She's clearly a successful business woman but she is so far out of her depth when it comes to running a football club I actually feel sorry for her. Her endless line of mistakes and own goals are shocking. She let Craig Levein lead and guide her for years like he was some sort of football operations guru. Mental.

Her success in business and accumulation of vast wealth increasingly look like a fluke. Instead of counting her lucky stars and enjoying her retirement, she seems to have mistaken it as proof of her talent and acumen.

She says fan ownership would be a disaster if the masses were allowed to make the decisions, but it’s hard to see how it would be much worse. She is a total catastrophe.

Latest comedy gold from keek back .

Do you think the spfl ‘forced through’ hearts demotion hastily as they were slightly worried that stendel might actually get it to click and that could have been a factor that prevented Celtic getting their magical title.

That's it, they'd seen what he achieved at Barnsley and that was enough for the SPFL.

If he was allowed to eventually take over all of Scottish football the SPFL would have had to buy a bigger drinks cabinet.

Got to be a wind up.

I actually think he would have had hearts ticking as a really really good team and I’m delighted he’s away replaced by one of Leveins bitches. All they had to do was win that night in Paisley allez allez allez..:

I don’t think she is a successful business woman. I think she’s done well with the business she has but that doesn’t necessarily mean she’s good at business. Being in the right place at the right time can make a huge difference.

On the evidence of the job she’s done at Hearts, she’s an awful business woman.
Absolutely spot on. She has been a shambles at Hearts.

Which is why I dont mind the Kickback idiots claims of playing a blinder. In her tenure shes made one good decision which was obvious to a 5 year old but 6 months too late.

More power to her (within Hearts), they should bounce back with the resources theyve got but I can't see anything more than that.
Was that ordering the seats for the new stand?

  10. #14199
Relegation is probably the best thing for Hearts but their fans can't see it. Sometimes you just need to knock it down and start again, it would be hard to argue against relegation being the catalyst for our recent successes.

I think the only difference with Hearts though is money, they spent alot the past season or two without a contingency plan, obviously delaying the league won't help matters for them.
They will survive though, they just don't have the humility to admit defeat and would rather waste their time and money on something that is clearly not working, rather than use the opportunity try to build something better. Their short sightedness has made the whole saga quite entertaining and I'm looking forward to the TV show.
Honestly though, I think they'll come back stronger, just like we did.

Think they need a new CEO and board to do that. Neilson can get them up but not with the style and play to thrive in the top League. January loan signings saved our first season back up.

Well English, after listening to tonight’s podcast on Sportsound, must be going for the longest ever interview duration in his attempt to get the Head of Communications gig at Tynie...

I actually think that TE stance on this has given Budge false hope in the Hearts legal case.

His "its outrageous" "affront to natural justice" "SPFL are entirely in the wrong" style utterances over the last 3 months have basically given her the confidence to assume that these statements are true and not just his opinion.

He sounds to me like the kind of guy that will never actually admit he is wrong - even when they lose arbitration, have to pay costs and play out the season in the Championship, he will keep on it, keep speaking to Budge etc.

What is unknown, obviously, is - When the penny will drop for Ann B?

I see they're now wanting to boycott supporting the national team. How more like Rangers could they be?

This. I don’t think the penny will drop and she will always be in denial!

Her arrogance has been and will be her downfall!

There is still some way to go but hopefully one week into the new season (for some of us anyway) they will be dealt with by the SFA and the appropriate punishment handed out to them and PT!

If you're looking to deliberately spend millions for the sole purpose of avoiding relegation (an uninspiring target in itself) whilst actually being relegated she's the first number to call.

Same principle applies if you're thinking of building a single tier stand, laying a football pitch, starting a court action etc, etc.....

Will take a lot of pressure off Ann as well while she is occupied fighting the court case. What court case? They’re a bit slow on the uptake.

Interesting that the hearts have appointed Jumbo Jim instead of a sporting director and they state that one of the reasons is due to the ongoing costs of their legal challenge ! maybe the cash is drying up again and they need the compo rapidly ?

What role is he in if not Director of football?
