Doyle played more as a winger (the position Flo was asked to play last season).
Frequently under Pat Fenlon, Hibs set up as 9 men behind the ball + Super Leigh doing his thing.

Griifiths on loan is the biggest no brainier for hibs, Celtic and Leigh.
He gets to build confidence in a league he knows and play for a club he loves.

The cost of bringing in Leigh vs the cost of further tumbling down the league...no brainer, Hibs need to spend the money now, not wait for a relegation dogfight. Owner needs to pony up on this!

I think we would benefit from Griffiths intelligent runs and clever movement...

Bring him in and get rid of the manager or this has all the marks of Fenlon Episode 2..

The signing of Griffiths alone would completely change our season. We still wouldn't be great, but we'd definitely win games that we'd otherwise drop points in.
Come on back Sparky.

Sparky, a fit Boyle and Scott Allan. Definitely changes things.

However Hecky wont be interested as he's filled our squad with a bunch of mediocre players who clearly don't get Hibs. For his next striker Heck will be looking at some no mark from the lower English leagues who once scored a hat trick against Yeovil Town reserves.

I didn’t rate him as a player as much as others seemed to (although he was still decent) but there was no doubting his effort and like you said his enthusiasm.

I don't actually think that's what the article said.

He’s got too much personality for our manager. So Hecky would have to leave the wheel for it to even have chance to happen.

A lot of gullible people on this thread.
This drivel has no substance and is just some powder puff piece by a so called journalist at the Daily Daftie aimed at getting halfwits to read it and repeat it.
Dear oh dear .

Shh now. It’s a no brainer. Give him a 5 year contract. It will be the best £150k Ron has ever spent.
