Quite pleased with the effort today and glad to be in for the kickoff. Did anyone else have problems getting in today. My season ticket wouldn't give me access to West Upper. Steward scanned my card and told me I was already in. Rescanned it a couple of times and let me through. No problems last week same card same turnstile.

Problems for me today in FF Lower - ST didn't let me in so went to steward who scanned it and it said ''already used'', I was initially told I had to go ticket office to get it 're-set', but with my son already away in, common sense eventually prevailed and they just let me through.

My card was declined and I was pointed in the direction of a steward who scanned the ticket and basically reset it. It seemed to me like there was a problem with the scanner in the turnstile maybe not reacting when the ticket is scanned. so you end up scanning it twice because you don't think it worked the first time.

1st time this season that me and the laddie have got into the FF upper with no turnstile issues. I knew it was an omen for a decent result!!

Arrived about 2 mins late today at west stand lower - no queues so thought they must be working OK - had to go to all four gates before one worked!

First time turnstile 24 for the West Upper has worked for me this season. Long may it continue.

Good to know all of this.
The scanning and system performance is quicker but there is clearly still some small errors (had a guest who had his declined today (e-ticket) but when I used it on my phone it worked for him - bit embarrassing for a minute but Perseverance).

I’ve never had any issues getting in, it’s getting out that’s the problem. ( East Stand )

No issues getting in but season tickets were getting checked again by security once in the stand for some reason?

With the old system, as far as I'm aware, a green light and a ping sound indicated your card had been accepted, this didn't happen for me last week and again y'day at turnstile 28 (FF Upper).
All a bit confusing for us auld yins. :(
