FAO anyone who thinks they should start threads like this - They aren't required. We keep a close eye on the board and regularly make the access for members only. We don't need a heads up, because if we can see your thread, then we're also using the site and are well aware of the speed. It's also not always a case of the guests being booted being the solution.
