Scottish Cup - The Road to Hampden

1st round ties Ko this weekend
Looking forward to tonight’s TV game, Kelty Hearts v Auchinleck Talbot. It’s live on BBC scotland. Channel 7.05pm KO

Kelty are managed by Barry Ferguson and Bob Malcolm, and have a number of ex seniors playing for like Dylan Easton, Tam Scobbie, Nathan Austin etc. Think it will be a tight game, and might go to a replay. Would fancy Talbot at home

My cousin’s boy plays in goals for Kelty, will need to keep an eye on it.

Playing well tonight. Kelty have frozen.

Ferguson’s Kelty are getting a bit of a lesson here. Talbot well on top.

The scoreline totally flatters Kelty. Talbot have created the better chances and should be winning this by a much bigger margin. Kelty haven’t looked great at all.

Hearts first hammering of the weekend then.

Tam Scobbie playing for Kelty is a weird one. Not long ago he was a half decent Premiership defender.

Correct Barry Ferguson is on 50k a year and some players as much as £700 per week.

Scotland's top team in maroon through to the next round (Linlithgow Rose, not Kelty)
