Exquisite pass and very well finished. That moment was a lifeboat in the torrent of sewage that was the rest of the match.

It was a fantastic goal. Their defence were totally grounded. If only we had tested them more. They were a bit wobbly for a while after we scored.

My mate once scored 4 goals in a cup final and finished on the losing side.

That goal deserved better than to be the 1 in a 6-1 defeat.

I was underwhelmed with the news last time we got him back, but said i’d be happy to be proved wrong. Fair to say that i’m hysterically ecstatic at having my backside handed to me on a platter.

Edit: handed back to me on a platter in his second spell. Fully signed-up fan club member long ago!

An absolutely magnificent pass, top class.

Plaudits to horgan also for a great run and finish.

Some of the crowd will need to show a bit of patience for a change as a lot of those passes don’t come off... but he seems to make telling contributions almost every game he plays- the kind very few other can. What we don’t want is him being inhibited because the crowd start getting restless like at points during the St Mirren game.

Also need players to be very alert to his vision.

Yeah, the timing of Horgan's run was wonderful and the pass from Allan exquisite.

It was a shame we couldn't have kept that goal in storage until we needed it.
It was a thing of massive beauty

    ‘When did we need it?

    6-1 is 6-1

Not unless you mean the next 0-0?

Don’t understand that...we desperately needed it at the time...it brought us back into the game after chasing shadows for most of the half....

What a pass!!! But, it will be lost in the annuls of time with the 6-1 scoreline.
That pass in a dying 0-0 draw would be worth 3 points!!!
Now Allen needs to produce the same in every game or it will go down (by some) as a fluke!!!!

Just a magnificent pass, a pass very few players in Scotland can do.

The football gods won't let him play anywhere else, destined to be a Hibee!

I think Cummings is the same.....blessed at Easter Road, cursed everywhere else.
Actually like to see him have another stint. Hammer of the hearts and a bit of attitude.

    They did play together previously.

I'd like to hear what our new recruits think of Scotty - you won't see many passes like that in League One!

I still don't know how we have him. He's an absolute Rolls Royce of a footballer.
Great analogy! That’s exactly what Allan is.👍
