    They would do that to give some perspective to the photos.
    I had to send away photos of damage to furniture with a 50p beside the damage so they could see the extent.

    I think there must be over a hundred sink holes on the south side of the queensferry crossing given the state of the road.
    Could just be **** workmanship though.

    It's a bit random what this forum makes into a link and what it doesn't. But if it doesn't you can fix it up manually by putting url tags round it like this:

    With no space after the [
