    Jamie Insall

    Good article on Jamie on BBC Sport Scotland site ahead of playing Killie for his new team. I was a Facebook friend of his for a while until i stopped using it. Always came across as a really pally guy and says he never deliberately took drugs and blames a friends drink. I think i believe him

    I can’t recall many drug cheats admitting that they deliberately took drugs.

    Not a drugs cheat but a bringing football into disrepute thing. Dont buy the drinks story but hes done his time.

    I was always under the impression that it was pretty rife in football, it's just that the testing was few and far between?

    Random testing is almost non existent in Scottish football. When people get tested, it's usually a positive result. Could just he a coincidence of course........
