I just read a number of what can only be described as very bitter tweets directed against Sir Tom Farmer & his stewardship of Hibs. Can anyone enlighten me as to what's the background to this dislike ?

Author of my favourite Hibs book 'Sunshine on Leith'. Clearly he loves the club. His comments on twitter could have been kept to himself though.

Went to war with STF and Petrie and latterly Dempster.
Will hate that someone else has got in to buy Hibs and not his chum David Low (another prick). Rent a clown Kano is part of this gang as well.
Pia thinks STF took us for a ride.
