    Archie Paton

    ... of Openside Sports

Nobody seems to have paid much attention to his appointment to the board.

    He "assisted" the transaction.

Their clients include "the ATP World Tour, Al Jazira Sports Club, Hong Kong Rugby, The R&A, Manchester City FC, Munster Rugby, West Indies Cricket and the Asian 5 Nations to name a few."

    http://www.opensidesports.com/about_us

I wonder if his involvement could be every bit as influential as the new owner himself.

I wonder if he started working at the behest of Hibs, looking for new investment and was the matchmaker?

Good spot. Seems like the new owner and this guy have connections all over the world. Could be huge in terms of promoting the club and sponsorship.

STF put RP in the club to be his eyes and ears.

RG has put AP in the club to be his eyes and ears.

In Summary: Archie = The Tash 2.0

    I don't think so.

STF has never been on the Hibs' board. Ron Gordon has installed himself as executive chairman.

I think he plans to be his own eyes and ears, even from a distance.

It's a very empty website and says nothing much about what they do other than bland statements and some names. Not inspiring.

Basically 'If yae want me thingmy, ringmy.'

Do you not copyright from a start date? As opposed to current date?

We would hope all individuals have been thoroughly vetted and cavity searched by RP, STF et al

It sounds quite a dramatic claim but 50 million Kenyan is less than 400k :)

Dunno about these airy-fairy sports marketing guys but my profession uses the year of first creation and the year of last update.
