I am looking to see what seats are available to move to.

I have used my phone, IE and chrome.

It’s like Tynecastle all over again.

They are slow and unresponsive and this is the view I get on my phone.

    This is totally unworkable.

I have written to the club more than once about this.

On the morning of the latest Tynecastle debacle it took me nearly 20 mins to get in and buy tickets for Livi.
    My server almost timed out.
And then obviously the non sense surrounding the hearts game happened later that afternoon.

It’s been happening since before the Celtic cup game and it persists to this day.

They make it hard to spend your cash there.

It needs improved. A total joke.

I got that earlier (on my laptop) but I think it was just the initial demand, as it's working OK now.

Got through eventually and got my seats moved

Not quite the ones I wanted, but better than the ones I had. Service was quick and well done. Just a shame it took so long to get there!

Yep same. Must have been my 15th or 16th attempt on the phone between 12 and half 2 before I got through but once I did the lady was very helpful and I got our 4 seats moved in a matter of minutes. New season tickets will be sent out early July. Result!

Have now done as previously told by Ticketmaster and e-mailed the club with the request, while at the same time tweeting the club to confirm that e-mails are being picked up today. We'll see!

I got a call back from them a couple of hours after emailing. I'd since managed to get through on the phone so wasn't needed but they should call you at some point.

Actually after thinking about this Don't know how i am paying extra ? my current 3 seats in the FF lower is 1 adult 1 youth and 1 student , Surely it's the same price for the FF upper ? i am not in the black seats as i know this is extra

I`ve tried ringing (loads of times!) and sent them an email but havent heard anything back as yet. I don`t blame the staff, they must be completely stressed out but perhaps Hibs should have been more aware of high demand on the first day and maybe installed more phone lines or operators. I certainly wouldn`t want to be working in the ticket office today.

i got through on my 13th attempt, done in about 1 minute

Seats in the upper are more expensive than the family section below as far as I'm aware.

Having checked the wee green calendar thingy the only price that is different is youth..

Adult FF upper £405 Adult lower £405

Student FF upper £225 Student lower £225

Youth upper £180 Youth lower £125

So an extra £55 is nae biggie

Bit of a disaster really. Got onto the online system about 1.15, found 2 seats to move to, got to the reassign bit and tried to reassign one to son-in-law. Nothing happened. And again and again. Finally it clicked on. Paid £810 and waited for confirmation. Seems I reassigned both tickets: one to the son-in-law and the other to my son.
So at present I have no ticket and a credit card bill for £810!

I’m trying to buy a season ticket for my bro-in-law and nephew who aren’t on the system. I’ve been able to set my brother in law up. Anyone know how to add a kid to the database so I can assign him to the ticket?

I emailed around 10 past 12 today to change my seats, the ticket office emailed me back straight away with all the seats they had together near the row I wanted, I chose the seats I wanted then got an email back confirming my seats had been moved, unfortunately doesn’t look like it was that easy for everyone

I just made another profile under the kids name then assigned the ST to that profile, add the client ref number to your friends and family so you can do this, alternatively if you contact the ticket office they would be able to help you

I’m not sure how big the demand was earlier. It surely can’t have been that big.

Regardless, the website needs to be updated.
    It’s atrocious.
If they are not willing to introduce loyalty points that is fine. But they absolutely need to upgrade the website to deal with demand.

I signed on in the morning of the hearts tickets going on sale to buy livi tickets. This was at 09.00.
It took me 20 minutes to get them. It actually timed out but managed to get the tickets bought.

And then we have the chaos of tynie later on.

As I said it absolutely has to be updated.

Got there about 11.15 this morning already about 15 in the Q. By the time the doors opened at 12 I’d think about 40 odd in the Q.
Got served about 12.15 (3 seat moves and a new ST purchased) took about 5 minutes.
So top marks for the TO staff - helpful and efficient. No drama at all

Plus your connection charge - whatever that amounts to.

I made the mistake previously of calling the main ticket phone number, trying to sort out a replacement season ticket card last season, never again.
the call was 7p a minute correct, the connection charge each time was £1.50..
and my phone bill wasn't clear whether it was three mobile or hibs that received the money

I arrived at Easter Road at 11.55.

Got served at 1.30 and was out by 1.35.

Successfully got my laddies first season ticket moved to two seats away from me.

Worth the wait, got blethering to two blokes in the queue and it was enjoyable.

    Everybody seemed quite upbeat.

Yeah, joined the Q around 2ish and had a good wee natter with the chaps around me, very relaxed and the Staff were sharp and switched on...
More importantly, got the seats I wanted.

    Glory Glory.

I emailed the club at 16.20 with my first and second choice seats depending if first choice was away by the time they picked up, reply at 16.45 confirming seats changed to my preferred seat. Outstanding service on what I can only imagine is a very busy and hectic day, after an even busier weekend.
