Look, we're trying to evoke a spirit of equality here!
So the same nasty digs to the women as we would get to the men... surely?
p.s. I'll wave to you on my way past the Clockwork today. Hope you're not too pissed after 6 hours drinking time

Obviously I'll be supporting our team tomorrow, but when it comes to shots of the bench do I cheer our ex-player or boo the Jambo?Mature, sensible signature required for responsible position. Good prospects for the right candidate. Apply within.

I’m usually not shy in absolutely hammering women’s football as being of a pathetic standard but some of the play from the French team was of a really good standard from the little I saw of it (last half hour or so). I was impressed by their #10 and their #6.

I've not been as wound up for a Scotland England game since the Euro plays off in 99. Getting some butterflies already and can see me pacing about tomorrow waiting for the game to start.
We're a completely different proposition to the team England turned over in the Euros in 2017. They're obviously comfortable favourites but I think we could get a result. At the very least we'll land a few blows.
Totally made up for it. Mon Scotland!

There’s a good number of Scotland fans here in Nice. Lots of familiar faces from watching Hibs Ladies. Women’s football is a bit of a village, though. Everybody knows everybody else 😄. According to the local World Cup volunteers, both Scotland and England have sold about the same number of tickets, around 3000. Locals and tourists will make up the rest.
Great fun in the Fan Zone last night; lots of freebies and a young girl who plays for East Fife Girls did 117 in the keepie-uppie competition 👍and removed 4 English players from the leaderboard 😄
Great atmosphere and no need to keep looking over your shoulder for flying plastic seats.
Did I mention that it’s 23 degrees and sunny?
What’s not to like 👍

Germany v China has been quite a decent game so far. Germans look neat and tidy on the ball but the Chinese have had a few half chances and one glorious chance on the break.

Can we sign the Germany number 10 to take our corners? Every delivery has been whipped in brilliantly.

Gave it a go. It's hard to watch. Not being sexist being honest.

If it was the men, nobody would criticise the comment.
As long as we beat England the morn, that'll be good enough for me.

1-0 South Africa - Spain at half time. Spain women not the power in the ladies game that their male counterparts are in theirs but still makings of a shock. SA counter attacking well. If they had a decent end product they might have been clear by now.

”My first jersey was a Hearts top that my uncle bought me.There was no Livingston FC back then,so Hearts were my local team.It was old acrylic, maroon, big badge, big collar. Brilliant.”
