Sunderland’s 3 centre midfielders are classic industrial types, couldn’t lace McGeouch’s boots. But if they win the final then I suppose Jack Ross has made the right calls. Anything to get promotion basically.
They’ll have a tougher game in the final, that’s for sure.

I suppose in league 1 you need to fight fire with fire.
We've had discussions on here about the physical nature of Scottish football and having seen a bit of Championship and League 1 football there is no way Scottish football is more physical. I think it's a good bit more refined than league 1 and in many ways much of the Championship. They love a big honest laddie that will run all day and get stuck in down there.
