Who would you book to play your party..?

Found this list of available artists from a booking agent in 1969 of what looks very affordable in 2019, but what would have been a decent wedge back in the late 60’s. Who are you booking?

That is quite a list, can't believe Fleetwood mac and fairport convention are still gigging.

That's brilliant! With the exception of the Small Faces and Fleetwood Mac, my wee band gets paid more for gigs.

Carley Hill seems good value at £45.

Pink Floyd at £250 is very attractive but I think they’d struggle with ‘Happy Birthday’ and ‘For he’s a jolly good fellow’.

Bands on there that I would cut my left baw off to have playing at a private party. Some I've seen like Deep Purple, Floyd, Alexis Corner, Jethro Full. Never seen Fleetwood Mac but would have loved to have seen then with Peter Green back then. Saw Peter Green on his own a few years back and he was amazing
