    It was god banter but the pace was just too slow for me. It was 3 or 4 weeks before we did anything other than talk.

    I’ve decided to give it a go, didn’t understand that email though.

    It said the first registration was tomorrow morning from 10-12 but then later on in the email it gives a list of times between about 6-8 on Tuesday night?

    I remember being on one a while back where we started with around 25 members but at the end of the course there were just a handful left, I know some folk drop out because of commitments etc but its a shame on the organisers who put in a lot of their own time to help folk get fit.

    same as the group i was in, really good class i thought, very informative and if it hadn't been for my back being knackered at the time i probably would have benefitted more from it

    Joined up last week, first night tonight. Seems like a good group and even got to walk round the pitch a few times. Should be good as it progresses each week. Could do with losing some timber!
