Bought my first adult ST ever for next season as I finally stop being a student (undergrad, postgrad, PhD). Am I allowed to complain more now as I've "paid my money" in full?

Fired of an email weeks ago in regards to my daughters season ticket now being a student but got no reply
So that's one season ticket not being renewed
