    Ross County Macron kits released.....
They would be improved massively if you swapped the shorts and socks over.

All white and and all navy would look much better.

I really like this season's clobber so that's some money saved.

We seem to face some sort of "hold up" every year with our new kit. I keep promising due to my age to not get too impatient or concerned about new kits, but sadly find myself unable to do so. 50 next year and still get as excited as the kids do about it all, which is pretty pathetic really.

The new training gear has been hanging around HTC for a week or so. It’s good stuff and actually part of the teamwear range. Rather than the cheaper training range.

I know you said the one I noticed on the SportPesa ad isn’t the new strip but the training gear seems to be following that style with the white line across the shoulder area.

The SportPesa one (tartan) is the community strip. Again just another Teamwear standard from Macron.

I like the Community strip, reminds me of the Scotland tartan Euro 1996 strip
    Can you buy it anywhere

With your contacts im sure you can Billy! Assuming you want one with the Hibs badge on it. Speak to one of the community office people. You can buy the blank one from any Macron shop. Colin Campbell etc.

On the subject of kits, this combination should never ever ever ever happen again:

We did this in Europe earlier this season too. Would rather see us in our away shirt constantly than wear green shorts with the home kit - it just isn’t right.

We wore dark green shorts at molde which didn't look quite as bad

Always wondered why we wore green shorts that night?

Rules these days state that all aspects of kits should not clash with the opposing team... so as Molde wore white shorts, we had to wear change shorts.

Its to help the officials differentiate between the players so its easier for them to know who touches the ball last, etc.

That sounds like a sensible rule.

I think it's a sign of my age but I find our kits often clash with other teams, especially when we're in a darker green.

While this is the rule, i am not sure the SFA actually impose it, hence why we probably dont see it happening much domestically.

I’d have thought today would be the day. Or is it a great Scott Allen / new kit unveiling tomorrow on 1st June?

There seems to be a fair amount of Macron releases happening this week, with Ross County, Nottingham Forest and Trabzonspor being a few of the bigger names... maybe we will see them soon.

    So we have had...
    Rangers
    Celtic
    Aberdeen
    Ross County
    Hearts today
and another couple in the next couple of days...

Just as I thought, going to be one if the last out of the traps. Never changes.
