How official is the 1st of June release date?

Or is it a Hibs.net "official"
Just going by last year's schedule really... it could be any time.... would be nice to get it out early June.

Are you hinting at a last minute decision or eluding to knowing something we don't....?

Hibs are cutting it fine for a 1st June release... I'm guessing any sponsorship contracts will need to expire before they can release the new designs.... hope Marathon Bet's deal runs out soon if thats the case.
I'd assume any contracts with sponsors etc would run until at least the day of the Scottish Cup Final in case we had of reached it.

    Let the countdown begin...
Celtic were 1st out the traps with their reveal. Aberdeen were 2nd off the blocks...
I just hope we're not bringing up the rear and lessons have been learned.

Yes that’s true, I even think they may have been the first to officially launch too.

I remember Hibs released a yellow away kit in '98 in time for some Hibbies to wear to the World Cup.

That must have been decent forward planning.

Far be it from me to be cynical but That World Cup we were drawn to play Brazil and Hibs launch an away kit in Brazil colours. Just in time for the first WC game which was Scotland v Brazil!

Obviously this is purely hypothetical as we don't have Adidas as our kit maker but I wonder of there's any possibility of adidas recognising the potential for them to makes a genuine classic kit for us seeing as we have a fairly unique and recognisable design

  24. #323
    Those Arsenal kits are class.

Collars ruin football shirts and they shouldn't ever have them.
