That would probably mean Hearts at the pbs. I’m up for it.

Pretty sure we are due an away game on the opening game. Last 2 openers have been home to Partick and motherwell

The first derby was at Tynecastle last season so it's our turn to host it this time.

I'd rather we had them later as the Tynecastle derby will inevitably be the new year one and the gap will be considerable.

Celtic will be at home first game as Champions. Either Hearts at home (stand corrected) or Huns at home.

The guy said he was hoping for a Sunday opener, he didn’t mention anything about it being a home game.

Not sure if it was a rumor on here that we were interested or a suggestion that he was worth a look but Hiram Boateng has signed for MK Dons.

I would be delighted with McNulty back. His finishing with Scott Allan's service would mix like rum and coke (or any cocktail of your choice)
Would have McNulty back. Needs to get in some heading practise over the summer.

Celtic won’t be at home on the Sunday. It will be Saturday lunch time as usual. I was mentioning for us to be playing on the Sunday it will be a TV game against hearts or huns. Hardly going to show us v St Mirren Sunday BT are they? Sky will show Celtic if a big game Saturday BT the Sunday.

I had no idea he was at hibs previously as a youth player. Anyone know why he left?

Yes, he wasn’t big enough. The same reason Celtic released him.

I think you missed my point a bit, I never mentioned St Mirren at all (although it is quite funny that Sky did show St Mirren v Hibs live on Sunday TV as recently as January there ).

Anyway, I mentioned Celtic, Rangers, Aberdeen and Kilmarnock - teams who are all involved in European competition - so if they are still involved by the start of the season then their games will be on the Sunday whether it’s televised or not. Our first two games of this season were Motherwell and St Johnstone and were both on sundays and I’m not sure either were on TV.

Having said that, Champions League qualifiers are on Wednesdays I think so if Celtic haven’t been knocked out yet they’d still be Saturday.

Hiram Boateng signed for MK Don's so we can rule him out.

If the Killie announcer is to be believed (and if I heard him right), he is fully known as Eamonn (‘THE WOLF!!!!!!!) Brophy.

Noticed Lloyd Isgrove has been released from Barnsley.

Heckingbottom took him there and was a huge fan of his, wouldn’t surprise me in the slightest if we saw him here.

Think he is struggled of late with injuries, will be desperate for a footballing home and run of games

See from Wikipedia he’s a winger, I’d have my concerns over a winger that’s played such little football in recent years.

Yet here I am hoping we sign Brandon Barker again.

Released from his Coventry contract so he’s available

Think he's covered that before. He's old pals with them through a previous role.
