    Looking forward to this

Talking about life as a Chief Executive, apparently still has a picture of NL in her office.

What startling insights are you expecting and why the hell would any CEO have a picture of the manager past or present in their office?

If she's got his lipstick mark still on his coffee cup, then there's the answer.

From the short clip I heard this morning she said that in her opinion NL still has a "status" within the club.
I'm more interested to hear what she has to say about the Butcher saga and Stubbsy of course.
But it sounded like it wasn't going to be all about football, I'm interested to hear about her as a person both in and out of football.

Given the amazing job she has done in turning our beloved club around hearing how that has happened would to me be very interesting. The picture of NL is probably both of them with the championship trophy.

In the interview on the Nutmeg Podcast she said that she was in at Easter Road dealing with Butcher a week before actually starting her job at Hibs. The first thing she had to do.
There is no such thing as too much yarn, just not enough time.

In that case i wonder who's idea it was to leave Stubbs with 10 or 11 players in his squad when he first came into the job. A decision that we took months to recover from and ultimately cost us promotion?

Players contracts had run out. Up to the new manager to bring players in.

You think we would have been promoted with the shower of ***** released instead of a lot of players we brought in?

Getting rid of so much of the dross that saw us relegated was the best decision Butcher ever made.

Stubbs' biggest problem was that he still had to get a tune out of the crap that remained that season and to be fair to him, he got about as much as you could expect from Craig, Robertson, Handling etc.

Our problems that season came from 5 or 6 years worth of mismanagement prior to that summer.

These Edi Stark interviews are normally pretty good - as much about the person and what makes them tick as about their work. I expect it will be quite insightful. Don't write it off.
