Eventually got in and purchased tickets on season tickets. Took 5 attempts' or so pages just spinning before I got to correct screen to pick tickets.

Tried numerous times but it won’t allow me to add my tickets to the basket. The system is a joke and Hibs put out a stupid statement about the deadline approaching. The deadline should be extended until this shambles is sorted.

Agreed. I don't have mine yet and been trying all week.

No luck phoning either. Hibs ticket operations are crap and have been for a long time.

Just tried again, got this error. wtf is guru meditation? Is that something they advise for those trying in vain to purchase a ticket?

    Error 503 first byte timeout

    first byte timeout
    Guru Mediation:

    Details: cache-lcy19251-LCY 1548848280 2265844321

"Guru Meditation" is just an error message that comes with some magic incantation that only someone in the know (the 'guru') would understand. The error is between the ticketing website and the database that feeds it information about what tickets are available and so on, and the 'Guru meditation' is just all that guff after the 'Details' that would tell the guy debugging the problem what the actual problem is.

It's a quirky joke that originated with the guys writing the Commodore Amiga operating system, when they prefixed the crash screen error message codes with 'Guru meditation'.

I eventually got mine yesterday after 3 attempts. I am struggling now to get a bus north after the game due to the rugby being on at the same time. The trials and tribulations of being a Hibs supporter.

Just got our three no problem after several failed attempts earlier this week.
For the first time ever I actually received a confirmation email too.

Rovers tickets went on sale today to their season ticket holders. Over 350 sold and 3 official buses booked.

    Can't get logged on.

Hibs really need to get rid of ticketmaster.

Still having no luck online and I’m sure others are the same. I can make it into the ticket office by Friday no bother if need be but I’m sure others can’t. Deadline has to be extended if this isn’t fixed soon surely

Seemed to get my tickets ok onto card.

Just a reminder the discounted price runs out tomorrow at Noon.

Season Ticket holders have until 12pm on Friday 1 February to purchase their own seats and add access to their cards for the William Hill Scottish Cup Fifth Round tie at home to Raith Rovers on Saturday 9 February (3pm kick-off).

Season Ticket holders can purchase tickets from now until the day of the game for £18 for adults and £9 for concessions until the day of the match. Any Season Ticket holders’ seat not purchased by the seat release deadline will be made available on general sale.

All STHs will have their tickets automatically placed onto their season card during the reservation period if they are purchasing their own seats.

After the reservation period has ended all supporters, including STHs, will all receive paper tickets. STHs should log into their e-ticketing account in order to receive the discounted price ahead of selecting seats.

The regular price for non-season ticket holders is £20 for adults and £10 for concessions.
No season tickets holders can purchase tickets for £18/£9 till the day of the match it's just that they can't reserve their own seat.

They will fancy their chances against a team in turmoil.

I eventually managed to get mine but it took an absolute age to do it. No idea what’s going on with the site as I’ve never had problems before.
