    Shooting

During the warm up wee kid got hit flush in the face hope the wee man's ok and it doesn't put him off coming along in the future was really upset. How far wide of the goal and protective net tells you that the culprit needs more practise.

Not sure if it’s the same kid but I just seen on Facebook that Horgan turned up at someone’s house with signed strips for kids who’d been hit in the warm up yesterday

It was Horgan and he went over to the stand to apologise and see if the boy was okay. He spent a couple of minutes with the boy and (I'm guessing) his dad.

If it's the same kids below, Daryl Horgan visited them at home with signed strips...top class fella 👏🏻💚

On the subject, why do they take shots into the reserve goalie rather than the one who's starting?

To avoid unnecessary injury to the 1st choice goalie I would guess

Does the first choice keeper face any shots in the warm up? All I ever see is them practising their kicking and coming out to catch crosses.
