Is that the hotel next to the stadium? Arranging to meet friends at the one at ground but haven’t been to it before.

If you come out the away end and turn left, walk past the bowling club then when you reach the traffic lights turn right and the Portman Hotel is about 50yrds on the right.

The one adjacent to the stadium is called The Park Hotel. Some friends were there last time and said it did the job and child friendly. The one you mention rings a bell - sounds familiar and sure we’ve been in there in the past.

The Portman has better bar staff than the Park.....if you get my drift lol.
