Now we know how small their stadium is.

With any sense the attendance at future derbies there will be below 19k, with the front rows and/or the bottom sections of G and N cordoned off.

Have they removed the police box/temporary studio etc? Didn't see 600 odd empty seats...

Last night's incidents show that Tynecastle is not fit for purpose.

Health and Safety (yes, that old chestnut) should prevail. It is not safe to hold football matches there. Large areas need to be cordoned off or closed completely.

As well as the publicised incidents the hostility shown to Hibs players, especially Lewis Stevenson, demonstrate clearly that the crowd should be well back from the players.

An immediate examination of the suitability for this ground needs to be undertaken.

EUFA close grounds, play matches behind closed doors, fine clubs.

    Will the SPFL take action?

Shambles getting in and out. No room inside. Fans too close to park. Disaster waiting to happen in big games.

Could you imagine them playing an Old Firm game at Tynecastle?

The front rows need closed plus the corners closest to the Away fans in home end.

This will keep happening unless something is done.

Every time a player goes to pick up a ball in the Wheatfield some fanny tries launch it at a Hibs player and that includes the ball kids.

They will never get over 20,000 when the stadium doesn’t even have enough seats to do so. £15 million well spent !

£15m for an extra 2,000 seats

£7,500 per seat. 15-20 years worth of ST sales per seat to cover the cost.

Thye should get rid of their ‘lower tier’ round the 3 old stands.

They could then have a proper sized pitch and the players could play safely.
