I didn’t realise Mallan was so young, for some reason I thought he was a bit older.

Porteous easily gets MOTM for me , he's been solid . his distribution out of defence has been class .. every ball has been into feet , hasnt missed a pass all night . Looks so confident and composed .. Give him a pay rise and get him on as long a contract as possible

He’ll go on to play at the highest level. He seems to have his head screwed on as well. I think big Daz has been a huge influence on him.

The RB Williamson is that the one from the pats we were linked with, if so I’d 100% be looking at him in January

Everton, TBH i thought he was poor but took his last 2 goals well. As for Mikey Johnston, I missed the 1st 30 but in the hour i saw, although he obviously has natural ability, all he did was run down blind alleys. Ryan, best player on park by a mile.

Bit harsh on both imo. Was impressed with Hornby, 18 years old and a unit of a laddie. Good movement and composure.

Johnston had 3 on him at times.

He is. I thought he was by far the weakest player in the scotland team in the first half. He was marginally better in the second.

I thought Porteous and Gilmour were the standouts along with Johnston in the second half.

I watched Hornby in the Toulon tourney & I thought he was very limited there. As i said Johnson obviously has talent but i can't recall him producing a good final ball in the hour i saw. Mind you until Cadden's ball for 3rd goal his crossing was horrific. Of course it was a stroke of genius for the SFA to award this game to Tiny. A game where we were always going to face a packed defence on a tiny playing surface. What was crowd? Looked poor.

Trying to post photos on the long running ‘new stand’ thread but failing badly. Toilet floors covered in spilt paint, staircases blocked of as they’re still a building site and the police box we were told was being removed in the close season still very much restricting the view.

My seat looked like someone had been sick on it in the past. I moved along one.

I like how they haven’t bothered with flag poles and just drape the official FIFA and UEFA flags along with the national flags over a crush barrier.

It’s a nice touch in the ticket office / shop area that they have gone for the trendy exposed look with the pipes showing, etc.

But someone somewhere thought it was a good idea to award an international match to this hovel.

Awful game. Porteous strolled through it. Think said crowd was 2,125.

Once it’s ready i could accept giving them games. But to give them it when the stand still has areas under construction is ridiculous. Could put it at ER, Pittodrie, St Mirren, pretty much any other completed Scottish Premiership stadium yet we put it at a stadium that’s still a building site.

Agree surely somewhere like Motherwell would have been better.
