Does She’s a Rainbow count? The multiple piano solos are a big contrast to the rest of the song.

Meatloaf's Bat out of Hell album is full of it. Paradise by the Dashboard Light goes from rock to funk to rock with quite a few entirely different themes (and it's hilarious).
