...and I hope Petrie/Leeann put a nice sell-on clause in the deal for when Villa have to let him go to Barcelona

That was weird watching him in that Villa top. Gutted he's gone but he did make me laugh in that video. When asked about his style of play he said the first thing the fans will notice is that I have a unique running style, someone once told me it looked like I was chasing a helicopter

He just isn't your average footballer. To be plonked in front of a camera for a live interview, he spoke with such eloquence and maturity. I am envious of the Villa fans, that they get to fall in love with him and watch him become a legend, just like we did.
I'm so pleased I went on Sunday.

Given the fact he's just in the door it's a great interview he gives isn't it? It's not just your usual pre or post-match two minutes but well over 10 minutes which I imagine a lot of young footballers might struggle with. The interviewer doesn't give him much to work with but he handles it really well, relaxed, modest and a nice wee touch of humour. Originally Posted by Nameless
