I think its worth doing with the season starting at the weekend. If a team have their side in place for the start of the season they've done well. If clubs are still scrambling around looking for numerous players they havent dont so well.

It's too early to tell for Hearts. Levein is well known for off-the-wall tactical innovations, like the 4-6-0. Maybe the *****lian horde signing policy of 'add 20 work experience kids to 20 random signings whose names I pulled out of a tombola' is a winning survival-of-the-fittest genetic algorithm. Just play the team at random until they start winning, then keep using whatever random combination of players works best.

I mean, I'm not betting my mortgage on it, but it's a possibility.
