Every comment of tours through that game has been very negative and you round it up by saying weve got a chance here. 🤣

I wasn't negative at all. I was realistic about the game as it was developing. We played well but we also need to tighten up, which has been as issue throughout the Townsend era.

We're hugely talented, but we're still not France or Ireland.

We do have a chance, but that's all it is. A chance.

I'll be at Murrayfield for the games. Back it up...

Very well done Scotland. You’ve dominated this fixture of late and I imagine this win was probably the sweetest of the lot.

Very depressing being an England fan at the moment and it has been for a good few years. These players do not reach the same heights for country as they do for club. I thought Farrell and Itoje were atrocious again. I’d drop them both as they both seem to think they’re untouchable. They’ve been rank since the 2019 World Cup.

Every English try was hard work because of Scotland’s excellent defence. Every Scotland try came through massive holes in the English defence because the players were too lazy to fill them. These holes were right in the middle of the ****ing pitch. Professional rugby players? They should be embarrassed. The amount of missed tackles was extraordinary. Borthwick and Sinfield have their work cut out with these ****ing chancers.

Anyway best of luck for the rest of the tournament. Beat Wales next and it sets you right up for a potential Slam.

    Rugby

What a day. With my dad, 70 years old and a lifelong Scotland fan. Never seen us win here.

Emotional to say the least! Well done Scotland!

    (And Hibs won too!)

so, after 15 straight defeats Scotland U20's finally win a game, four years since a home win, the commentator describing it as a famous win, beating Wales 18-17

even getting two pops at goal pretty central and still couldn't add another three points, first one hitting the upright and the 2nd one i honestly think i would have slotted it over, went about 10ft wide

after 82 fixtures at U20 level they've won just 18 games, Italy the only side to win less but the Italians are looking very good nowadays

we've 'won' the wooden spoon four out of the last five seasons, maybe some other side can 'win' it this time

as for the senior side tomorrow we're attempting to win our first two games for the first time in the six nations.

When did Ireland get so good at rugby? Exhausting just watching it.

    They’ve always been pretty good.
"...when Hibs won the Scottish Cup final and that celebration, Sunshine on Leith? I don’t think there’s a better football celebration ever in the game.”

The ball handling in particular just seems so much more impressive than England Scotland last week. Very very few mistakes from either team here at very high speed.

…and then the French boy inexplicably drops the ball on his own try line

Ireland seem to be getting a lot of contentious decisions here. on top of the first half Ireland try that wasn’t.

I think that’s the nail in the French coffin. Very very closely matched teams. Really enjoyable watch.
