Thread: Scott Allan

  1. #1

    Scott Allan

Thought first half today he was unplayable.

He was taking the mick out of anyone that came near him and looked like he was down the park having a kick about with his pals. Most of his skill came against his good pal Halliday who I don’t think will be best of pleased!

    We need to sign him.

Good to see him wind up the Rangers fans when he scored as well.

    Hope we see him back.

Cummings was trying to get a water bottle from the bag but Allan kept moving in front of him blocking his way.

At times, Allan plays at a different level.
He does the unexpected, and I love that. Sometimes it doesn't come off, but when it does

I think it was because Scott caught the guy's ankle with his nads as opposed to his studs.

Must be signed for next year, along with flo and Jamie. Allan is the type of player u build a team round, he’s a great player.

Cummings eventually got the bottle and ended up squirting it at Allan as he was taking a drink

Allan might be my first man-crush since Le God. Wee floppy-haired dreamboat that he is.

Sometimes tried to do it all himself when a simple pass would have sufficed, but ran the midfield for most of the first hour.

Has to be our signing priority for next year. Build the team round him.

He is simply irresistible when on the top of his game - a joy to watch. The less said about the tackle the better though - very fortunate to not see red. Mistimed more than anything sinister, but a bad one all the same.

What makes that tackle even better was that hun had just snapped Kamberi and got up like the big man. Boooooffffff Scotty Allan nails him and the huns limping for the next 10 minutes 😂😂

The tackle looked bad at the time, I fully expected a red card to come out.

I can't say my opinion has really changed since seeing it again.

I've said it before but players like Scott Allan are why I want to watch football. Getting him and Kamberi for next season have to be our top priorities.

I reckon they have to be pretty good. I don't see Celtic standing in his way, Brendan Rodgers himself has said that Allan just fits with us so well.

I think we'll see him as a Hibs player again next season

I’d love to get Brandon Barker back for next season too but i think that’s probably not going to happen.

Brandon was saying after the game he’d like to come back. He’s unlikely to get in the City team, another year at Hibs would be great for him.

I probably wouldn't have said that a few months ago, but he's added a final ball, so most definitely yes. I've a horrible feeling he'll end up at the Huns.
