    Typical Hibs

Full of optimism with a massive backing and yet again we get let down, being a Hibs fan certainly keeps you on your toes! Still love the boys in green though GGTTH FTJT

We had a big backing against Celtic at home and we "Beat them"
We had a big backing against the Sheep at home and we "Beat them"
We had a big backing against The Jambos at home and we "Beat them"
They did not let us down in any of those big games, so your point is invalid.

Prob depends on what his motive for the post was.

To be fair i know what you are saying but we have put this nonsense to bed in recent years. I suppose we just put his down to an off day. Look at Chelsea etc it happens.

His post wreaks of someone with a jamboesque "Hibsing-it" again mentality.
We have proven ourselves time and time again this season in big games with big crowds.
Ask the The Rangers if Hibs "bottled-it" when they beat them twice at Ibrox this season.
Ask the Jambos if Hibs "bottled-it" when a good goal was missed by the officials at Tynecastle, when a replay showed the ball clearly over the Jambos goal-line - a goal that would have given Hibs a 1-0 victory and the additional 2 points that would have Hibs going into our last match against Rangers in the hunt for 2nd place.

Yet again? Past two years - won the Holy Grail, got promoted, finish 4th first season back beating everyone in the league.

Mind when we were watching Calderwood and Butcher's sides...

It was a disappointing night, but anybody saying we have been let down is talking bollox ... its been a fantastic season and it can still end on a positive note. I'll be there on Sunday and will give the team the ovation they deserve for this season at the end win lose or draw. That's what Sunday is all about now, we can just go for it and at the end wave cheerio to McGinn and McGeouch especially.

The other positive, if there is one, is that we have something to aim for next season which will be an improvement on this season .... 3rd is better than 4th and a cup final is better than one semi final ..... that would be an improvement, so we can still look to improve rather than stand still or go backwards
