Reading the “note” there, referring to 4th place, I expected it to go on and say “except if it is The Rangers in which case they will enter at 2nd stage.”

I know that Scotland’s uefa coefficient is pants, but it is still quite stark that either 2nd place in the league or sc winner can get entry at Q2, but not both.
